What classes are available?
Please check individual class listings which will indicate if the class is sold out or has fewer than 6 seats available.

- What is the price range for classes at the Cooking Studio?
The average price is $50-$79 for a hands on class & $29-$32 for a auditorium class. Some courses are priced higher due to menu and/or instructor. 

- What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a variety of cooking classes that cover holiday menus, seasonal offerings, cooking techniques, international cuisines, wine/beverages, special occasion dinners, lunches, and signature dishes from our visiting chefs.

- I'm a beginner, is that okay?
Whether you are a novice or a seasoned cook, we have a class for you. From basic technique courses to planning and executing more complicated dishes, we have course offerings appropriate for your abilities, interests, and aspirations. If you have any questions about the class you are interested in taking, please call or email us.

 - When are classes offered?
Classes are generally offered daily, either at noon or in the evenings. Please refer to our calendar for specific details.

 - How long are most classes?
Generally, demonstration classes run about 90 minutes. Hands-on classes run about 2 1/2 - 3 hours.

- How do I cancel a class I'm registered for?
You may cancel your registration in a class up to 3 days prior to its scheduled start and still receive a full refund. To cancel your registration, call 1-866-WIND 360 to speak with a representative. Online cancellation is also available, but strict adherence to deadlines is kept.

- Do you offer classes for kids and teens?
We hope to offer classes for both teens and children in the future. Please check our course listings regularly for updates and additions.

- Are there classes I can take with my child?
We will offer parent/child classes if we get enough requests. Please fill out the email request form with your suggestion for class offerings and we will work to accommodate your requests as soon as possible.

- Do you offer wine-related classes?
Yes.  We offer a wine and cheese pairing class and hope to offer more wine classes in the future. Please check our class listings regularly for updates and additions.

- Do you offer French cooking classes?
We offer one French cooking class now. We will also offer a variety of classes in cuisines from around the world including Italian, Spanish/Latin, Asian, New American and many others!

- Where are you located?
We are part of the Wind Creek Hotel and Casino. Wind Creek is midway between Pensacola, Florida and Mobile, Alabama right off I-65 at exit 57 (Atmore, AL.)

- How do I set up a private cooking party?
The Cooking Studio is happy to book a private event depending on availability.  Interested parties may contact the Cooking Studio's Event Coordinator, ____ or call 1-866-WIND 360.

-The class I want to take is filled. What should I do?
Our classes get gobbled up faster than just-made popcorn. So our advice is, if you see one you like, grab it! Register early. We can also send you an email notice of class listings as they become available. If you are interested, register here. _________

- What is the difference between Hands On and Demonstration classes?
In a Hands On class students have the opportunity to cook along with the instructor.  In a Demonstration class, the instructor cooks while taking students step by step through all of the techniques and recipes.  In both types of classes, students enjoy the food prepared.
